Our Story

The Travel Mama was born from a mom’s frustration. When she went looking for travel options that truly worked for children, she found plenty of destinations but very little thoughtful planning for the families traveling to them. So she decided to change that.

Today, The Travel Mama helps families of all shapes and sizes spend meaningful time together, whether that’s a long-awaited excursion or a quick weekend getaway. Every trip is designed with real family life in mind: nap schedules and snack breaks, curious toddlers and independent teens, grandparents along for the ride, and everyone in between.

We believe the best family memories aren’t made by squeezing in more, but by planning well so you can be fully present. We handle the details, from kid-friendly accommodations to realistic itineraries, so you can focus on the moments that matter.
